OUR ENERGY APPROACH

We generate 100% of our electricity on-site from natural gas already in the park — fuel cells or high-efficiency turbines. That is the point of the site filter: we only take buildings on existing transmission, so offtakers are not underwriting a pipeline or a CFE queue.

Technology-agnostic: generation kit follows site conditions, delivery time, and economics. Near-zero water. Hardware left ready for later fuel transitions.
